Medi-Waste Disposal is setting the standards for all local and national medical waste disposal companies with our Customer Bill of Rights. This document details what medical facilities should expect from their medical waste disposal company and it reflects our commitment to our customers.
Service
- You have a right to expect that your medical waste disposal company will offer flexible pickup schedules that meet your needs, not theirs.
- You have a right to expect that your medical waste disposal company will provide free emergency service whenever you need it.
- You have a right to expect that when you call your medical waste disposal company with a question or a concern you’ll talk to a live, local person, and not an answering machine or some out-of-state customer call center.
- You have a right to expect that your medical waste disposal company will resolve any problem you have within 24 hours of your call.
- You have a right to expect that if you’re not satisfied with your medical waste disposal company, you can terminate your agreement with just 30 days notice.
- You have a right to expect your medical waste disposal company to offer free training to your staff and not make you sign up for a high-priced, premium program just to gain access to this training.

Cost
